Rental Times
- Sat. to Sat. for weekly rates
- Sat. to Wed. for 4-day stay
- Wed. to Sat. for 3-day stay
Other rental periods will be accepted as long as it does not disrupt another renter's stay.
A night is defined as a 24-hour period from 12:00 noon until the following 12:00 noon.
A deposit of $100, due within 5 days of booking, is required to confirm and hold a reservation. Final payment is due a minimum of 14 days before occupancy date. Keys and directions will be forwarded to you after final payment is received.
Cleaning Service available for an additional $125.

Cancellations
- Before 30 days -- 100% return
- 30 days - 2 weeks -- loss of deposit unless rented
- Within 2 weeks -- loss of deposit and rental unless rented
